"Game of Thrones" star Dean-Charles Chapman, the teen actor who portrayed the doomed king, Tommen Baratheon, for seasons four, five and six of the hit TV series, does not seem to be very fond of his on-screen mother Cersei Lannister. The actor has declared recently that he is hoping that Cersei dies in the upcoming season.

"Oh, I hope she dies," the 19-year-old told Popsugar on being quizzed what he thinks is going to happen to Cersei. "She killed me! She basically killed Tommen."

The actor further added that the much-hated character has gone insane in the storyline as she has lost all her children in the last season. The talked-about role is portrayed by the famous actress Lena Headey.

Chapman's character was shown plunging out of a window after watching Queen Margaery perish in a devastating wildfire explosion, apparently caused by Cersei. Although "Game of Thrones" Season 6 ended with Cersei being crowned to sit on iron throne, it is being highly anticipated that the upcoming season will be her last one.

Up until the final episode of the last season, Cersei appeared more of a survivor who was backed into a corner and thus had to be ruthless to protect her children. However, following her son's death, she is expected to become more brutal and fearless.

It was also rumored that Headey's character will try to redeem herself in the upcoming season and will make amends with her brother. However, the actress put these rumors to rest in a recent interview.

"No," the actress told Mashable when asked if she had any hopes that Cersei might redeem herself before the end. "I think that would ruin it."

Meanwhile, the first look of "Game of Thrones" Season 7 is out in a HBO promo "What's Coming to HBO in 2017." The video covers a short snippet from the hit fantasy drama showing only its three characters, Jon Snow, Arya and Sansa. While, as expected, Jon and Sansa are seen together in what looks like Winterfell, Arya is seemingly riding up to the North.
