Charlie Sheen is apparently in a bad mood again. The actor has posted a late-night racist tweet against none other than President Barack Obama. The actor, who is known to have suffered from a public meltdown in the past, has targeted the American President this time.

"Barry Satera Kenya, u won't attend a soldier's funeral uhkros da street that u kild yet u hav time 4 brackets? s a d c ," wrote the former star of "Two And a Half Men." In a highly incomprehensible tweet, the actor has referred the President Obama as "Barry Satera Kenya" to velt out his anger.

Sheen is apparently blaming the President for not paying enough attention to the matter of Major General Harold Greene being killed in Afghanistan. The actor is probably offended that neither President nor any of his official representatives had attended the funeral of the two-star General.

However, Sheen's anger seems to be pointless as the funeral ceremony was attended by Chuck Hagel, the US defence secretary, Telegraph reported.

Sheen apparently was also pointing out to the Obama's annual tradition of participating in March Madness. Obama's involvement in March Madness irks several conservatives every year and is criticized heavily.

The use of Kenya in Sheen's tweet apparently refers to its relation with President Obama's identity. Obama's father was from Kenya, but he was born in Hawaii. The word "Satera" is still a mystery and is still unknown why Sheen as used it to express his anger.

Sheen was reportedly sacked from the show "Two and a Half Men" after his repetitive drug fuelled behaviour on the set and anger issues. His former co-star, Jon Cryer, has revealed recently how Sheen used to arrange prostitutes for him after the breakdown of his marriage. Cryer also confirmed that Sheen's cocaine obsession was one of the major reasons of his departure from the popular sitcom, The Guardian reported.
