Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) recently made a subtle prediction that a secret scandal will destroy the campaign of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton "soon." The Republican claims it will be related to information about the Clinton Foundation.

Paul made the claim for the third time on Thursday at the Susan B. Anthony List, an anti-abortion organization, according to WND. It is the third time he has made such a prediction about the Clintons' charities.

He mockingly asked if the media ever asks Clinton if receiving those donations "influences" her decisions. Paul claimed that "stuff" would be released about donations from companies that the Secretary of State grants approval to, in the "next couple" weeks.

Paul first revealed this theory on April 7, in an interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News, according to Kansas City. He said that such business deals are "called CFIAs" and refer to the security of the United States.

Hannity asked if the State Department supported the CFIAs after donations were made to the Clinton Foundation. Paul claimed that indeed such donations equaled "over $100 million."

The following day, Carl Cameron of Fox News asked Paul what the scandals might be. He said that future news about the Clinton Foundation would "shock" people, and cause them to question Clinton's candidacy.

Paul announced his run for the White House on April 7, while Clinton made her official announcement on April 12. Paul would theoretically lose to Clinton in the 2016 general election by 7.4 percent, based on an average of recent polls reported by Real Clear Politics.
