British cast member Freddie Highmore takes part in a panel discussion of A&E's "Bates Motel"

"Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 7, titled "The Last Supper," was aired on Apr. 20 on A&E. This week's new episode picks up from what appears to be reconciliation between Norma Bates (Vera Farmiga) and Caleb (Kenny Johnson). Here are 12 things to know about Episode 7.

1. Norma tells Dylan (Max Thieriot) Caleb is not welcome at their home despite the "peace" scene in "Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 6 ("Norma Louise").

2. Sheriff Alex Romero (Nestor Carbonell) places Marcus Young's (Adetomiwa Edun) dead body in Bob Paris' (Kevin Rahm) driveway to send a message - he will stay as Sheriff of White Pine Bay. (Romero kills his rival to the sheriff post in "Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 6.)

3. Chick (Ryan Hurst) pays Dylan and Caleb a visit, and Caleb wants to withdraw from their "driving" deal. Dylan volunteers, hoping to get $25,000 for Emma's (Olivia Cooke) medical needs.      

4. Romero finds out that his parents' names are in the files that Bob Paris has been trying to protect. Now if Norma releases the files in Annika's USB drive, Romero's name would be tainted, too.

5. Romero gets wasted, and he calls Norma to pick him up. She does as requested, and she takes him to Bates Motel. He tells her about his parents' involvement in Bob's dirty history. He then gets flirty, telling Norma she's beautiful. She laughs it off.

6. Dylan tells Norma that Norman (Freddie Highmore) had a mental meltdown when she left them. (This happens in "Bates Motel" Season 3, Episodes 5 and 6.)

7. Norma asks James (Joshua Leonard) to talk to Norman, who asks Norma to leave them in his taxidermy room. Norman then asks James how he felt during coitus with his mother. James asks him whether he wants to sleep with his mother. Norman attacks James, but stops himself. James runs away.

8. Norman tells Norma that he's upset because they are not spending as much time together as they used to do. Norma decides to cook a special dinner.

9. Dylan asks Emma to dinner, but Norma changes their plans, telling them to join the family dinner. Emma argues with her father about spending the rest of her days with friends, specifically, Dylan.

10. While getting some herbs outside, Norma spots Caleb. He says he was leaving some lupines for her. When he's walking away, Norma decides to ask him to join the dinner, too, "just for tonight." Norma later plays on the piano, and they sing "Tonight, You Belong To Me" (Patience and Prudence/Eddie Vedder).

11. Norman is disturbed by the family dinner situation, but Norma acts pleased about the whole thing. Romero also finds himself joining everyone in this dinner.

12. In the final scene of "Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 7, Norman Bates goes to his mother's room. She's sleeping. He bends down, looks into his sleeping mother and begins stroking her hips. "Tonight, You Belong To Me" is playing as the scene cuts to black.

"Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 8, titled "The Pit," will air next Monday, Apr. 27, on A&E.
