With "Captain America: Civil War" as the first film shot using IMAX's new 2D digital camera, Joe and Anthony Russo, Marvel, and IMAX have revealed that the two-part film "Avengers: Infinity War" will be entirely shot using IMAX's new technology.

IMAX and ARRI's next generation revolutionary 2D digital camera are to be used in filming Marvel's "Avengers: Infinity War - Parts I and II" in their entirety, as per PR Newswire.

The Russos said that "Avengers: Infinity War" aims to transport a decade of incremental storytelling to an inconceivable culmination.

The IMAX experience features crystal-clear images, powerful digital audio, and customized theatrical geometry, setting a "one of a kind" atmosphere for the audience.
