"Captain America" actor Sebastian Stan has shared the future of his character the Winter Soldier.

In his interview with Uproxx, Stan said that he had some discussions with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige at one point. He added that the studio fed him information on what his character would become, since he did not get acquainted with comic books. With the fact the Bucky Barnes becomes the Winter Soldier, he said that his character was cool.

During the red carpet event of Ridley Scott's upcoming "The Martian," Stan also told We Got This Covered that the Russos' forthcoming film will showcase some "brutal" combat sequences that fans had not seen from other Marvel scenes. The actor also mentioned that while he did not have much enthusiasm in shifting his role from the Winter Soldier to Captain America, Marvel still has the final say.

Aside from his roles in the Russo's "Captain America: Civil War" and Scott's "The Martian," Stan is also known for his roles in Jonathan Demme's comedy film "Ricki and the Flash," romance drama " Rachel Getting Married," and Darren Aronofsky's drama thriller "The Swan."

The Russos' forthcoming "Captain America: Civil War" follows the state of the superheroes following the release of the "Accords." The Winter Soldier is set to team up with Captain America, along with Hawkeye, Agent 13, Falcon, and Ant-Man. They will be against Iron Man's team, which reportedly includes Black Widow, War Machine, The Vision, and Black Panther.   

The Russos' "Captain America: Civil War" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on May 6, 2016 while Scott's "The Martian" is set to hit theaters on Oct. 2.
