With the completion of the Mumbai schedule of "Sense8" Season 2, "Rock On" actor Purab Kohli is currently shooting in Italy for the Netflix TV show. The show is still in the production process, but the developers have posted a few teaser stills for the upcoming season the sci-fi drama on their official Instagram page.
The photos show Kohli, who plays Ranjan Rasal, lifting Kala Dandekar (Tina Desai) in his arms as they shoot for one of the scenes. Last year, Kohli filmed the first season of the series in India. In Season 1, the actor had a small role but he will have an extended part to play in Season 2, according to India Express.
"Sense8' Season 2 will be shot in four different countries. The publication teased that there is a love triangle between Ranjan, Kala, and Wolfgang (Max Riemelt). The teaser images are great and it seems Kala will settle for Ranjan as her life partner.
Meanwhile, Riemelt had an interview with Buzz Feed News where he teased that the show will go a step higher in almost everything. The actor said that fans should expect "more sex and more violence" for the "sensates," particularly since the second season will focus on the psychic intimacies and their working closely to defeat Terrence Mann, who plays the villain called Whispers.
Pharmacist Kala from India will offer more of her scientific skills to the group that was established in Season 1. The character realized that she has romantic feelings for Wolfgang, but she is undecided due to her arranged nuptial. The tension may heighten in "Sense8" Season 2.
Brian J. Smith, who plays a cop from Chicago (Will Gorski), teased that the psychic bond will be stronger for all the sensates in the show. However, Smith added that Whisper would find it hard to infiltrate Gorski's mind since he will be in a "highly medicated state."
Fans should also watch out for the newbie developments in Capheus, who changed actors after an alleged creative conflict. Aml Ameen (Toby Onwumere) was immediately welcomed in the "Sense8" family, and the actor has teased that his role will expand because of an internal growth. According to Onwumere, more of his influence on other characters will be seen "Sense8" Season 2.
