According to the fresh rumors, Motorola will be launching its new model smartphone named Motorola Moto M by end of this year. Its variants with model numbers XT1663 and XT1662 along with their specifications have surfaced.
Motorola Moto M XT1663
Even though Motorola has not confirmed the Moto M XT1663 specs but GFXBench has revealed its keys specifications and features. The Moto M XT1663 will be coming with 4.6 inch screen having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels
This smartphone will be powered by Mediatek MT6750 chipset that includes a 1.9GHz octa-core processor. This device will be supporting 3GB RAM along with the storage capacity of 32GB.
It will be coming with 16-megapixel rear camera enabled with single LED flash. Its 8-megapixel front camera is expected to support full HD video recording. Look wise, Moto M XT1663 will be similar to Moto G phones which were launched in 2014.
Sources say that similar specs have been seen on another variant of the phone with a model number Moto M XT1662 which went through GFXBench in June. The release date and price details of this smartphone are not yet revealed but it is rumored that Moto M XT1663 will be launched by end of this year.

Thet Moto M XT1622 has received TENAA, a certification body from China. It has leaked the specification, features and images of this device.It seems to be a smaller version of Moto XT1663.
The TENAA listing has revealed that instead of having 4.6-inch display, it may come with 5.5 inch display carrying the resolution of 1080 X 1920 pixels. It will have metal body and fingerprint sensor at the back of phone as we can see in the leaked images.
The Moto M XT1662 is powered by Mediatek MT6755 chipset that includes a 2.1 GHz octa-core processor along with 3GB of RAM. It has 32GB of in-house storage capacity.
It is expected to come with a 12-megapixel rear camera and 5 or 8-megapixel front camera. It will come with pre-installed Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and later it will be upgraded to 7.0 Nougat. It features a 3000 mAH battery, Phone Arena reported that cites information from TechUpdate3.
