"Injustice" is a popular fighting video game which features characters from DC Comics' "Injustice: Gods Among Us." Its latest installment will be available come March 2017 for PS4 and Xbox One consoles, Game Rant reported. New characters are rumored to be added to the latest entry of the game franchise.

Previous reports claimed Black Canary, Captain Cold and Red Hood will be part of "Injustice 2." However, none of this information is confirmed. Aside from them, Supergirl and Harley Quinn are also among the speculated personalities to join the game's newest entry.

A trailer reveal for Harley Quinn had been available to watch online which sparked speculations of the character's inclusion in "Injustice 2." But the most notable hint was dropped during the game's announcement trailer where it pressed on clues pointing Ra's Al Ghul, Batman's greatest foe, joining the second installment.

Some reports noted the possibility is likely since the character had a significant exposure during the 2014 to 2015 season of "Arrow" where he played as an enemy of Oliver. After appearing on the said superhero TV program, the villain continued to appear on DC's "Legends of Tomorrow."

However, although the character is known of his villainous role, some are claiming he will be playing a different purpose in the game's storyline. Aside from Ra's al Ghul, one character who has been hinted to join "Injustice 2" is Captain Cold.

Teased by game director Ed Boon via Twitter, he previously dropped clues that another DC character will be joining the installment. He later confirmed that Captain Cold, one of The Flash's deadliest enemies, will be included in the line-up. The director also confirmed the inclusion of Harley Quinn and Deadshot.

Meanwhile, though Boon did not mention a PC version for the game during its announcement at the recently concluded SDCC 2016, he did claim "Injustice 2" PC is pretty likely, WCCFTech reported. Despite this, he admitted no definite people are identified to take care of it and even its possible release date as of the moment.
