"Beginning with the government authorities who welcomed us here, and now the talented people on both sides of the camera who are working so hard and with such enthusiasm to make this the best film it can be," he continued.

"We've been lucky enough to dip into the local talent pool on both sides of the camera wth a super crew and really fine actors. And of course, there's so much to do with whatever free time we have to enjoy what Queensland and Australia have to offer," the producer added.

Filming has started on the Gold Coast.  The cast members are engaged in a sword fight shrouded in mist.

On the other news in ABC, the Queensland Police Service officers were informed that a man wearing a pirate costume threatened a guard on the film set. The incident was raised at about 12:30PM. Fortunately, no one was injured.
